Not the first time I've used JHCollision. Why? They do a great job of communicating, scheduling, repairing, and returning my vehicles to me clean.

They had the repairs done very quickly. They provided daily updates to show me the progress. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

So exclaim bringing my car into them wed to be repaired thanks to the 18 wheeler that hit my parked car. Thanks Caitlyn Smith you rock

They provided great service and they were extremely nice and professional. They called to give almost daily updates about my vehicle.The only down side was that there breakroom/ coffee room for guests was absolutely disgusting. It would take someone ten mins to make it look presentable. Trash was over flowing and the counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped in ages.I don’t recommend waiting in office for service such as a tire rotation, that typically doesn’t take too long. I would have someone pick you up at your appt time and bring you back.

This is one off the best place’s to take your car if it needs body work this guys are professionals they are doing quality work and once a day would ether text or call you to give you an update on the work they’re doing

Brought car in on Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon parts were ordered, and an update was sent at least twice a day as to the progress. Picked car up Friday afternoon. Looked terrific!Thanks Joe Hudson

I was completely impressed with this company from my first contact with the receptionist to the time of pick up. They got my job started quickly, stayed in excellent communication with me via text updates and called me when it was discovered (after taking the bumper off) that more work was needed. They took photos and shared them with me.To top it off, when I came to pick up the vehicle, they had washed and cleaned the inside of the car—wow, that was above and beyond my expectations! The car looked fantastic.Thank you for such fast, friendly and great service.
